1. Use of the Platform
You may use SDP to create, host, and manage websites, applications, courses, or digital products, provided you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You agree not to:
Use SDP for illegal or fraudulent activities
Upload malicious code, malware, or abusive content
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform
Access other tenants’ data without authorization
2. Accounts & Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on SDP.
You grant SDP a limited license to host, cache, and deliver your content solely for operating the platform.
SDP does not claim ownership of your data.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features require paid subscriptions.
Payments are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
SDP may modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Availability & Performance
We aim for high availability and performance, but:
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may affect availability
6. Data & Backups
SDP uses isolated tenant databases and caching for performance.
You are encouraged to maintain your own backups where applicable.
SDP is not liable for data loss caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Abuse system resources
Engage in illegal or harmful activities
You may cancel your account at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SDP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SDP after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
