Audit is now live in SDP. Define quality rules for Pages and Posts, automatically score content, and enforce SEO and structure standards across your website.

Maintaining high-quality content across dozens — or even hundreds — of pages can quickly become inconsistent. Titles get shorter. Meta descriptions go missing. Headings break structure. Internal links get sloppy.

Today, we’re fixing that.

We’re introducing Audit — a new native module inside SDP that lets you define structured rules for your Pages and Posts, automatically score content, and clearly see what needs improvement.

No third-party tools.
No external integrations.
Just clean, deterministic content standards — built directly into your platform.

Why We Built Audit

As SDP grows into a modular SaaS operating system, we believe quality shouldn’t depend on memory or manual review.

You shouldn’t have to ask:

  • “Did we include a meta description?”
  • “Is this title too short?”
  • “Are we linking inside headings again?”
  • “Does this page even meet our minimum content standard?”

Audit gives you a system for enforcing your standards consistently.

It turns content quality into something measurable.

What Audit Does

Audit allows you to:

  • Define rules for Pages and Posts separately
  • Assign severity levels (Blocker, Major, Minor)
  • Set custom thresholds
  • Automatically score content from 0–100
  • Mark items as Pass or Fail
  • Run audits individually or in bulk

You decide what “good content” means.

SDP enforces it.

Rule Examples You Can Apply

Audit supports structured rule types such as:

SEO Checks

  • Minimum and maximum title length
  • Meta description required
  • Meta description length range
  • Exactly one H1 per page
  • Valid slug format

Content Quality

  • Minimum word count
  • Minimum paragraph count
  • No placeholder text (like “lorem ipsum”)
  • Content must not be empty

Internal Linking

  • Minimum internal links
  • No links inside headings (h1–h5)
  • No broken internal links

Media Standards

  • Images must include alt text
  • Minimum number of images per page

Each rule can be weighted and categorized. Severe issues can automatically fail a page, while minor issues gently reduce the score.

How Scoring Works

Every page or post starts with a score of 100.

When a rule fails, its assigned weight is deducted. The final score determines whether the item passes or fails based on your threshold.

For example:

  • Blockers might subtract 20 points.
  • Major issues subtract 10.
  • Minor issues subtract 5.

You stay in control of how strict your standards are.

Built for Pages and Posts

Audit is available under:

  • Pages → Audit
  • Posts → Audit

Each content type has its own rule configuration, allowing you to apply stricter standards to blog posts and different expectations for landing pages.

Run audits on individual items or across your entire site in bulk.

Why This Matters for Growing Teams

As your business scales, content consistency becomes harder to maintain.

Audit brings:

  • Standardization across teams
  • Clear expectations for writers
  • Faster review workflows
  • Measurable quality benchmarks
  • Fewer SEO mistakes slipping through

It transforms content governance from subjective feedback into structured validation.

This Is Just the Beginning

Audit is designed as a foundational layer inside SDP.

Today, it provides deterministic rule-based validation. In future updates, it will expand into deeper optimization capabilities and advanced evaluations.

But the core principle remains the same:

You define the standard.
SDP enforces it.
