Understand the difference between saved work and the live website, then publish with confidence.

Choose a website, then select the page you want to preview and publish.

Preview and public view are different
Review before you publish
Wait for saving to finish
Finish editing and check the editor's save state. Saving keeps your work in the CMS. Publishing makes the change available on the public website. Do not assume that seeing new text in the editor means visitors can see it.
Open Preview
Use Preview on the page or the preview in Page Builder. Read the entire page. Look for leftover sample text, missing images, awkward line breaks and links that point to the wrong destination.
Check smaller screens too
Use the desktop, tablet and phone controls in Page Builder. Confirm that the navigation opens, headings fit and buttons remain easy to use. A desktop layout can look correct while a narrow layout still needs attention.
Check page details
Confirm the title, URL slug, description and featured image. Use the SEO or Audit tab for the checks available to your account. If you renamed an existing URL, review incoming links and arrange a redirect as appropriate.
Publish the intended change
Use the publish action available for the page's current status. Your team's review workflow and permissions may require an approval step. Shared changes such as navigation or template updates can require website-level publishing. Ask AI to identify the pending changes if you are unsure which scope is needed.
Verify the public page
Open Visit Page after publishing. Refresh and verify the specific text or image you changed, then click the main call to action. A published status alone is not a substitute for checking the public result.
Check your progress
The public page shows the reviewed change, its links work and the phone layout remains usable.
If you get stuck
Preview is correct but live is old? Confirm publishing completed and that you published the correct page or website changes. Refresh the public URL. No Publish action? Check permissions and the page's review status. Need to fix a live mistake? Restore the correct content, preview and publish the correction. Return Draft changes availability; it is not a content undo button.
